We will happily accept returns if item is unworn, tags attached, and free of stains within 21 days of your purchase. The invoice must be included with the return in order to process your return efficiently. Returns will granted for purchased price, (minus discounts used at time of purchase) and customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Returns for items purchased through Rhinestones & Roses are eligible for in store credit only. No monetary refunds. Store credit has no expiration.
Any items returned after the policy of 21 days will not be refunded and customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost.
Jewelry is not eligable for return.
Clearanced items are not eligable for return.
