We will happily accept returns if item is unworn, tags attached, receipt present and free of stains, smells and damage, within 21 days of your purchase. The RECEIPT must be included with the return in order to process your return. Returns will not be processed and can not without a receipt. Returns will be granted for purchase price, (minus discounts used at time of purchase) and customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Returns for items purchased through Rhinestones & Roses are eligible for in store credit only. NO MONETARY REFUNDS. Store credit has no expiration.
Any items returned after the policy of 21 days will not be refunded and customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost.
Jewelry is not eligible for return. If piece is broken, we must be notified in no more than 4 business days.
Clearance items are not eligible for return.
Do you have a damaged item? If item is damaged, it must be brought to our attention within 4 business days.
